Delivery policy

Here we present the delivery terms provided by INGLOT using the DHL Economy and DHL Express services.

Please note that the shipping costs depend on the delivery country, which is influenced by the negotiated rates with the carrier for each market individually, and all shipments originate from Poland.

You can pay for Delivery Costs in your local currency. In this case, Delivery Costs will be calculated based on the base price shown in EUR. If you choose your local currency, the delivery price is converted and localized by the Global-e platform. This considers the exchange rates used by Global-e, rounding rules, and other operational factors. This means that the delivery price in your local currency may be different to a simple conversion at the current exchange rate. The final delivery cost is always shown to the customer before they place an order.

The cost of the return shipping is covered by the Customer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
