Outline your lips with a Velvet Define lip pencil along the natural lip line and gently blend the contour with your finger. Then fill in the entire lip area to achieve the on-trend cloud lips effect.

Sharpen the Velvet Define pencil using the included sharpener and slightly overline the lips in the center, returning to the natural lip line at the corners to visually enhance volume. Fill in the lips with your favorite lip gloss and blend it with the pencil to create a fuller-looking effect.

Define the lip contour with a lip pencil in a natural, cool-toned shade. Then apply Radiant Skin Blush SS26 to brush 13P and softly blend the edges from the center outward. Finish the lip look with the Me Like Volumizing Lip Gloss for a glossy, juicy lips effect.
